A design-driven engineering studio focused on the exploration of unmanned systems , enhanced production workflows , advanced materials, and emerging field technologies.

Our work centers on research experimentation, iteration, and the pursuit of practical solutions shaped by real-world constraints. We approach each project as a living system—something that evolves, adapts, and reshapes itself as new information comes in.

At Perun Industries, we believe advanced technology must balance multiple, often competing, requirements. Efficiency, affordability, sustainability , sovereignty, and long-term evolvability are rarely achieved simultaneously. Systems optimized for one are frequently compromised in another. Our work exists in the deliberate tension between these constraints.

Rather than optimizing for a single attribute we design architectures intended to satisfy as many of these principles as possible at the same time — while preserving the ability to improve over their operational life with upgradability , repairability and modularity.

We focus on clarity, resilience, and meaningful utility. Nothing is static; everything is subject to improvement. Every system must be realistically repairable in the field.

Feedback loops between design, software, and testing are intentionally short, allowing systems to evolve quickly without sacrificing reliability.

Short, Brutal Feedback Loops_

When a component fails or a tracker loses lock under edge conditions, the data is captured, analyzed, and fed back into the next revision the same day.

Iterative Evolution_

Thousands of these micro-evolutions compound into systems that simply work when conditions turn ugly.

We operate at the intersection of modern engineering, materials science, and system-level design. Our work focuses on the practical exploration and integration of advanced materials—such as carbon-fiber composites, fiberglass structures, and composite hybrids—combined with additive manufacturing methods that allow rapid iteration, controlled complexity, and precise structural tuning. These approaches are not adopted for novelty, but for their ability to support lightweight, rigid, and modular architectures across a wide range of applications.

Decentralization , distribution and modular manufacturing , we envision a future where production doesn’t depend on centralized hubs or heavy infrastructure. Instead, our distributed, modular approach allows us to adapt and deploy cutting-edge manufacturing wherever it’s needed. By combining flexible modules—both in design and production—we ensure that innovation isn’t tied to place, but to potential.

At Perun, we harness diverse supply chains , advanced materials , additive manufacturing fused with advanced composites to redefine production paradigms.
